A definition of breathing and why doing it properly is a smart idea too

It's true that stress is a bitch, fear's a bully and anxiety's a drag but we have at our disposal a reliable and smart trick to kick all their arses and take back control in moments of stress and worry.

It’s simple, it’s free, you can do it anywhere and it can make a difference in as little as one minute.

We do it every moment, day and night, from our first gasp as a baby throughout our entire lives. So, it comes as a huge surprise that so many of us aren’t very good at it!

As an unconscious process, this has probably never occurred to you but take a moment to think about it.

How we each inhale is a great indicator of how we are feeling.

When stressed and anxious it is shallow and fast, when we are relaxed it tends to be slower and more controlled.

And doing it properly isn’t just for those times we are stressed up to the eyeballs.

Think about it, do you take shallow inhalations using only your upper body; if so, then you are depriving yourself of oxygen which is good for you and not releasing sufficient carbon dioxide, which is bad.

 Shallow inhalations can lead to:

  • Fatigue
  • Headaches
  • Fuzzy thinking and brain fog
  • An weakened immune system
  • An impaired lymphatic system.

 Appearance Benefits:
